Haqua Sports offers a variety of water-related courses for students, including surface, underwater, and water-based activities. We aim to provide students with diverse options to discover their potential, train sports elites, and cater to students of all ages and skill levels. Whether it's children attending swimming classes for the first time, students looking to improve their swimming skills through high-level training, or individuals seeking to enhance their physical fitness through water sports, our swimming courses provide an ideal choice.

Haqua Sports conducts courses throughout the year, maintaining a low student-to-instructor ratio to ensure that students receive patient guidance and assistance from our coaches. We strive to promote various water sports disciplines, allowing students to benefit from different water activities based on their individual needs and contribute to the promotion of water sports in Hong Kong.
 

Course Introduction

Our courses are suitable for students of all levels, and private swimming classes offer customized swimming lessons. Depending on the student's level, group size, schedule, location, and goals, we adjust the course content accordingly. Whether children or adults have a fear of swimming, we arrange specific course content to help them achieve their goals.

Some of our coaches hold Special Education Needs certificates, providing a professional and reliable learning environment.

Utilizing the three key properties of water— ➊  Buoyancy, ➋ Water Resistance, ➌ Hydrostatic Pressure—along with various flotation equipment, you can engage in aerobic activities, strength training, and stretching exercises in a supportive environment. This approach minimizes joint stress while effectively targeting deep muscle conditioning. Our classes are particularly suitable for individuals experiencing pain or those who are unable to participate in traditional land-based aerobic exercises.
