Aquatic Therapy Courses

(Suitable for people who suffer from joint discomfort, are not suitable for aerobic exercise on land, are not good at swimming, or are affected by injuries)

Haqua Sports offers a variety of water-related courses for students, including surface, underwater, and water-based activities. We aim to provide students with diverse options to discover their potential, train sports elites, and cater to students of all ages and skill levels. Whether it's children attending swimming classes for the first time, students looking to improve their swimming skills through high-level training, or individuals seeking to enhance their physical fitness through water sports, our swimming courses provide an ideal choice.

Haqua Sports conducts courses throughout the year, maintaining a low student-to-instructor ratio to ensure that students receive patient guidance and assistance from our coaches. We strive to promote various water sports disciplines, allowing students to benefit from different water activities based on their individual needs and contribute to the promotion of water sports in Hong Kong.

Course Introduction:
Our courses are suitable for students of all levels, and private swimming classes offer customized swimming lessons. Depending on the student's level, group size, schedule, location, and goals, we adjust the course content accordingly. Whether children or adults have a fear of swimming, we arrange specific course content to help them achieve their goals.

Some of our coaches hold Special Education Needs certificates, providing a professional and reliable learning environment.

水中復健班課程介紹

本課程適合陸上運動有困難的人,例如關節痛症患者、過重、復康人士及受傷患影響運動表現的運動員等。 水中復健班  透過浮力及水中阻力於水中進行帶氧運動、肌力訓練及伸展放鬆等練習,在水中消耗卡路里,屬高強度及核心水中訓練。

Aerobic training

Focus on strengthening the back and abdominal muscles, improving posture and preventing back pain

Perform cardiorespiratory, muscle strength, coordination and balance exercises simultaneously
